8 ounces uncooked dried linguine
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls or cubed mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Add garlic and oregano; sauté 1 minute or until softened.
Add shrimp; sauté, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil; stir until coated and heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
