Italian Grilled Cauliflower Packet

Ingredients
2 (9- to 10-ounce) bags fresh cauliflower florets
8 (1 Land O Lakes® Butter Balls
4 cup)1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1
4 teaspoon salt
Chopped fresh parsley, as desired
How to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place 18-inch square sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil onto counter.

STEP 2
Cut large pieces of cauliflower into bite-sized pieces; place into center of foil.

STEP 3
Top cauliflower with 2 Butter Balls for each packet. Sprinkle parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt over cauliflower. Bring sides of foil over cauliflower; seal foil by double folding. Seal remaining ends of foil with double folds.

STEP 4
Place foil packet directly onto grill. Close cover; grill 15-20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.

STEP 5
Open packet carefully, allowing steam to escape. Stir cauliflower and sprinkle with fresh parsley, as desired before serving.
Tip #1
If using 12-inch aluminum foil sheets; place two (20x12-inch) squares crisscross and fill with cauliflower. Fold up bottom piece first to seal.
