2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pound sliced deli roast beef
1 medium (1 cup) onion, thinly sliced
1 small (1/2 cup) red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small (1/2 cup) green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese
4 hoagie-style rolls, split
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
STEP 2
Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning until dissolved into butter. Add onions and bell peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
STEP 3
Add beef to same skillet. Cook, stirring often, 3-5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
STEP 4
Place 2 slices cheese onto each roll. Place onto baking sheet; bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
STEP 5
Divide meat and vegetable mixture evenly among rolls.
