Crust
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Filling
1 (6-ounce) package lime flavored gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2 cups vanilla flavored yogurt
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
Topping
8 cups assorted fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
2 tablespoons strawberry jelly, warmed
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
*Substitute 2 tablespoons red current jelly or other fruit jelly.
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
Combine all crust ingredients in bowl. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes; cool completely.
STEP 3
Combine gelatin and boiling water in bowl. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in yogurt using whisk. Refrigerate 2 hours.
STEP 4
Add 1 cup whipping cream to gelatin mixture. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.
STEP 5
Combine berries and warm jelly in bowl. Cut dessert into squares; place onto individual serving plates. Top each serving with about 1/2 cup berry mixture and 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
- To crush pretzels, place pretzels in resealable plastic food bag. Use rolling pin to crush pretzels.
- When fresh berries aren’t in season, top dessert with your favorite pie filling such as raspberry, strawberry or blueberry.
