Lime Cream Cooler

Ingredients

1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

1 quart (4 cups) lime sherbet, slightly softened

4 cups Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate

2 cups water

4 cups ginger ale

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Stir together ice cream, sherbet and fat free half & half in large punch bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir together lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate and water in 1-quart pitcher. Pour over ice cream mixture. Add ginger ale; stir until slightly mixed.

I made this recipe for our Christmas punch and everyone loved it. I didn't totally mix together the ice cream and lime sherbet, I put them in by spoonfuls and stirred in the concentrate mixture. After adding the ginger ale I again stirred it a little.
