This grilled cheese is full in flavor but lighter in calories.
4 whole grain round thin sandwich buns
4 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Butter softened
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
8 ounces sliced deli turkey
4 slices tomato
4 to 8 fresh basil leaves
Spread cut-sides of each sandwich bun with 1/2 teaspoon butter.
Place bottom side of sandwich bun, buttered-side down. (The buttered side will now be the outside of sandwich.) Spread with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top with 1 cheese slice, 1/4 turkey, 1 tomato slice, 1 to 2 basil leaves and 1 cheese slice. Place top of sandwich bun, buttered-side up, over cheese.
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
