I made this fudge last night. The recipe is so simple and easy to follow. It turned out perfectly. It also helped that there was no humidity. People don't realize that if there is high humidity fudge will not set properly. I took a small pan of this to work with me today and needles to say it was all eaten. My co-workers enjoyed it. So good it should be illegal! Fast and easy, too. What could be better?
I left out the vanilla. I recommend sifting the powdered sugar to avoid lumps.
