This peanut butter fudge recipe utilizes the ease of microwaving and the goodness of peanut butter to make this fudge a sure winner.
2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
2/3 cup chunky-style peanut butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Butter 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Place butter and peanut butter into bowl. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until butter melts; stir until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until lumps of sugar disappear. Microwave 1 1/2-2 minutes or until softened but not bubbly; stir.
Pour into prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm. Cut into squares. Store refrigerated.

Made this for first time today. After put fudge in pan seemed butter was coming to top, I took it out of pan back in bowl and microwaved it and stirred it again. Same thing, seems butter settled on top again. Put in fridge anyway hoping it turns out better than it looks.
