Ingredients

Brownie

1 (19.5-ounce) package brownie mix

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1/4 cup water

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

Topping

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 ounces white baking chocolate,  melted

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Black decorator gel

Mini candy-coated chocolate pieces or chocolate chips

*Substitute 1/3 cup white baking chips.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1–inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges. Lightly spray bottom only with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

Combine all brownie ingredients in bowl; beat at medium speed just until smooth. Spread batter into prepared pan.

  3. STEP 3

Combine all topping ingredients in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.

  4. STEP 4

Drop topping by tablespoonfuls, 1 inch apart, over batter in pan. Swirl topping mixture into brownie mixture with table knife.

  5. STEP 5

Bake 24-26 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely, at least 2 hours.

  6. STEP 6

Sprinkle large tray or sheet of waxed paper with powdered sugar. Carefully lift brownies from pan using foil ends.

  7. STEP 7

Cut brownies with 3-inch cat cookie cutter; place each onto prepared tray. Attach candy pieces for eyes, using small amount of black decorator gel. Make nose and mouth with black decorator gel.

  8. STEP 8

Store in single layer in container with tight-fitting lid.
