1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine all ingredients except flour in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. (If dough is too soft, cover; refrigerate 30-45 minutes or until firm enough to form cookies.)
Place dough into cookie press fitted with template. Form designed shapes, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
