Made these quick for a coffee party I went to today. Very good, great taste.
This recipe is easy and quick. I made the 12 regular muffins (using paper cups) because it was easier and quicker to fill them. They were delicious.
I loved the tasted of the muffins, as I could taste the honey. But I thought they were a bit dry. If I make them again, I will add a little bit of milk to make the batter a little bit thinner.
it sounds like a good recipe.
Love the honey taste and wasn't overly sweet. Added fresh blueberries to second batch which made them even better.
