Ingredients

1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon
prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons
lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/8 teaspoon
pepper
12 small (1 1/2 pounds)
new red potatoes, unpeeled except for 1/2-inch strip around center of each potato
1 small
lemon, cut into 6 (1/4-inch) slices, halved
2 tablespoon
chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in oven in 2-quart casserole. Stir in horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes until well coated with butter.
  3. Cover; bake 55-65 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with parsley.
