1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 cup light molasses
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup golden raisins
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine sugar, butter, molasses, egg, orange zest and orange juice in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda and ginger; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in raisins.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set.
