Popovers are a most welcome last-minute bread to serve for a hot breakfast, for lunch with soup or for a more formal dinner.

1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 teaspoon salt
*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed.
Heat oven to 450°F. Grease popover pans; set aside.
Stir together 1/3 cup butter, oregano and parsley in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Beat eggs in small bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until thick and lemon-colored. Add milk and 1 tablespoon butter; continue beating 1 minute. Add flour, oat bran and salt; continue beating until well mixed. Pour batter into prepared popover pan or 6-ounce custard cups. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Do Not Open Oven Door. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Insert knife into popovers to allow steam to escape. Serve immediately with Herb Butter.
Eggs and milk should be at room temperature to help ensure successful popovers.
