Ingredients

Crust

3/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 cup
sugar
1/3 cup
unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2 cups
graham cracker crumbs
1 cup
sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup
chopped nuts

Filling

2 cups
powdered sugar
1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 tablespoons
milk
1 teaspoon
peppermint extract
3 drops
green or red food color, if desired

Glaze

1/3 cup
real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon
vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine 3/4 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth (2-3 minutes). Stir in all remaining crust ingredients. Press mixture firmly onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm (15-20 minutes).
  2. Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Spread filling evenly over crust; refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth (2-4 minutes). Drizzle over bars. Cover; refrigerate until firm (2-3 hours). Cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
