Spread
5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, rosemary and/or thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1/3 cup roasted red bell pepper pasta or spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
Chopped parsley, if desired
Fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired

Crackers or crusty bread slices
STEP 1
Cut cheese slices into strips. Combine cheese strips, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, herbs and pepper in large bowl until smooth.
STEP 2
Spread cheese mixture into 6-inch circle on 9-inch serving plate. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
STEP 3
Just before serving, spread pasta sauce over cheese mixture, leaving 1/2-inch around edge. Top with chopped olives. Garnish with parsley and rosemary, if desired.
STEP 4
Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
