1 cup shelled salted pistachios, finely chopped
1 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) white baking chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 (5-ounce) package (1 cup) pomegranate-flavor sweetened dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending over edges. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine pistachios and peanuts in bowl. Place 1/4 cup into large bowl; add all crust ingredients. Beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press crust mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over crust. Bake 3 minutes.
Place baking chips, butter and corn syrup into nonstick 2-quart saucepan. Cook 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Add dried cranberries and 1 1/4 cups nut mixture; stir to coat. Spoon and spread mixture evenly over marshmallows. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture over bars; gently press into topping. Cool completely.
Remove bars from pan using foil; cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
