1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 (1-pound) log frozen bread dough, thawed
*Substitute Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. **Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed. ***Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
STEP 1
Stir together melted Butter with Canola Oil, parsley, rosemary and thyme in 9-inch pie plate.
STEP 2
Cut bread dough into 36 (about 1-inch) pieces using kitchen shears. Shape each piece into ball; roll in herb mixture. Place 3 balls into each of 12 ungreased muffin cups. Cover; let rise 30 minutes or until double in size.
STEP 3
Heat oven to 400°F.
STEP 4
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
