Roasted Almond Caramel Bars
This sweet, salty bar is filled with almonds and topped with chocolate and caramel.

Ingredients
12 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 12 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup roasted, salted whole almonds, coarsely chopped
1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
34 cup caramel ice cream topping
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine butter, brown sugar and egg in bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add flour; beat at low speed until well mixed.

Press mixture onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.

Remove from oven; sprinkle almonds and chocolate chips over hot, partially baked crust. Spoon or drizzle caramel topping over top.

Continue baking 8-10 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
