1 (11-ounce) tube refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 firm Bartlett pears, cored, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup Roquefort blue cheese crumbles
1 cup lightly packed baby arugula
STEP 1
Heat oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease baking sheet; set aside.
STEP 2
Unroll pizza crust onto prepared baking sheet to 14x9 1/2-inch rectangle. Bake 7 minutes; remove from oven.
STEP 3
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté 1 minute. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Remove from pan; keep warm.
STEP 4
Brush pan drippings over pizza crust. Reserve 1 tablespoon cheese. Top crust with pear slices and remaining cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
STEP 5
Top pizza with chicken pieces, arugula and reserved cheese.
