Learn How it Works...
1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
8 ounces frozen cooked small salad shrimp
1 small (1/2 cup) onion, sliced into thin rings
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
8 ounces (2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Press dough into 15x10-inch greased baking pan. Bake 5-10 minutes or until light golden brown.
STEP 2
Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender and liquid has evaporated.
STEP 3
Top baked crust with half of cheese. Spoon shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly over cheese; top with remaining cheese. Continue baking 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
