1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, hulled, sliced
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine 1/3 cup sugar and butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, 1-2 minutes or until creamy. Add flour, milk and vanilla; beat at low speed 1 minute or until well mixed.
Press dough onto bottom and up sides of 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan; prick all over with fork. Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top of filling. Store refrigerated.
