Brownie
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
1/4 cup bourbon
Frosting
5 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 to 4 tablespoons milk
Drizzle
1/2 cup real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
*Substitute 2 tablespoons vanilla. **Substitute2 teaspoons vanilla.
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
STEP 2
Melt 1 cup butter and 4 ounces chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed.
STEP 3
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 28-32 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
STEP 4
Combine all frosting ingredients except milk in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often and adding enough milk for desired frosting consistency. Frost cooled brownies.
STEP 5
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Drizzle brownies with chocolate. Let stand 30 minutes or until set before cutting into squares.
