Ingredients

2 medium
sweet potatoes, peeled
1
Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
3/4 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Cut sweet potatoes into 3x1/4x1/4-inch fries; place into bowl. Add melted Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt , salt and pepper; toss lightly to coat.
  2. Spread potatoes in single layer onto ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake, stirring once or twice, 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and beginning to crisp.
  3. Variation: Garlic and Herb-Flavored Sweet Potato Fries. Toss fries with 1/4 cupLand OLakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bake as directed above.
