Ingredients

1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 (12- to 16-ounce)
pork tenderloin, sliced into very thin strips
2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon
sesame oil
1 medium (3/4 cup)
onion, sliced into small wedges
1/2 cup
water or chicken broth
8 to 10 ounces
fresh green beans, trimmed, broken in half
1/3 cup
prepared stir-fry sauce
2 tablespoons
toasted sesame seed
Hot cooked basmati rice

Directions

  1. Place flour and salt in resealable plastic food bag; add pork strips. Seal bag; shake to coat pork.
  2. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling; add pork, sesame oil and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until pork is golden brown. Remove pork mixture to medium bowl.
  3. Place water and green beans in same skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until water is boiling. Cover; cook 3-5 minutes or until beans are crisply tender. Stir in stir fry sauce. Add pork mixture; stir. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
  4. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Recipe Tips

Toasted sesame seeds are available in the Asian or spice aisle of the supermarket. To toast them, place sesame seed in 8-inch skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally and watching very closely, just until seeds start to turn golden brown. Immediately remove from heat.
