1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1 small (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Heat water in saucepan until boiling. Add green beans; cook 1 minute. Drain beans; rinse with cold water until beans are no longer hot. Set aside.
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes or until onion is softened. Add green beans; cook, stirring occasionally, 2-4 minutes or until beans are crisply tender.
