Ingredients

Ganache

1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

Filling

1 1/2 cups
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/4 cup
powdered sugar
1 (7-ounce) jar
marshmallow crème
1 1/2 cups
miniature marshmallows
12 (4 3/4x2 1/2-inch)
graham crackers

Directions

  1. Place 1/2 cup whipping cream into small saucepan; cook over low heat until bubbles form around edge of pan. Add chocolate chips; stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; set aside.
  2. Place 1 1/2 cups whipping cream into bowl; beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Combine butter and powdered sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add marshmallow crème; beat until well mixed. Gently stir whipped cream into butter mixture until well mixed.
  4. Spread about 1/3 filling evenly onto bottom of 8-inch square pan; top with 4 graham crackers. Spread about 1/3 ganache over crackers; sprinkle with 1/3 marshmallows. Repeat layering twice. Cover; refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.
