2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 cups milk, room temperature
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

STEP 1
Heat oven to 450°F. Pour melted butter into wells of popover pan or 6 (6-ounce) custard cups. Place into oven while preparing batter.

STEP 2
Beat eggs in bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and lemon-colored. Add milk; continue beating 1 minute. Add flour and salt; beat until well mixed.

Pour batter into prepared popover pan or custard cups. Bake 15 minutes.

STEP 4
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Do not open oven door. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Insert knife in popovers to allow steam to escape. Serve immediately with Butter with Canola Oil.
Tip: Rising in Oven
- Eggs and milk should be at room temperature to help ensure successful popovers.
- Use solid shortening to grease pan rather than no-stick cooking spray.
