1/2 cup prepared pesto
1 cup spinach leaves, washed, trimmed, loosely packed
12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey
10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
STEP 1
Spread cut-sides of bread evenly with pesto.
STEP 2
Top bottom half of bread with an even layer of spinach. Add turkey, cheese slices and tomato slices. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into 6 equal sandwiches.
