Ingredients

Mango Salsa

1 medium (1 cup)
mango, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons
finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon
finely chopped red onion
1 small (2 teaspoons)
jalapeño chile pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh cilantro

Sandwich

Kaiser rolls, split

lettuce leaves
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American
6 ounces
thinly sliced deli turkey breast

Directions

  1. Combine all mango salsa ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour or until flavors are combined.
  2. Layer bottom half of each roll with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, 1/4 turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 cup mango salsa. Place top half of roll over salsa.
