1 (20-ounce) package ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
STEP 2
Combine all meatball ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 18 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
STEP 3
Melt Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Brown meatballs on all sides. Place meatballs onto prepared pan.
STEP 4
Bake 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and meat is no longer pink.
