1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
2 tablespoons hot mango chutney
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon seeded finely chopped jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine 1/2 cup butter and mango chutney in bowl; mix well. Set aside.
Heat waffle iron.
Beat egg in bowl until light yellow color (about 45 seconds). Stir in flour, milk, 1/4 cup butter, sugar and baking powder until well mixed.
Stir in cheese, cilantro, jalapeño, chili powder and salt until just combined
Cook batter in waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Serve immediately with mango butter.
