Ingredients

Brownie Bark

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon espresso powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1/2 cup flour

Peppermint Drizzle

3 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), melted

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Holiday sprinkles or decor, as desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, espresso powder, salt and vanilla until well combined. Add egg; stir vigorously until well mixed. Add flour; stir vigorously until flour is well combined and mixture is glossy.

  3. STEP 3

Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 16-19 minutes or until surface is dry to the touch. Remove parchment or foil with bark onto cutting board. While bark is hot, cut into 3-inch triangles.

  4. STEP 4

Stir melted almond bark and peppermint extract together in small bowl. Drizzle over brownie bark. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or decor. Cool completely.

Tip #1

This bark can easily be adapted to any holiday or occasion—just change out your sprinkles!
