1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven or toaster oven to 350°F.
Beat butter and sugars together in small bowl until creamy. Add egg yolk and vanilla; beat until well mixed.
In another small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips to butter mixture. Stir, by hand, until combined.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

Very runny batter, cookies grow very large while baking. Mine all stuck together. Taste was great though, just not the most attractive treat I've made. Maybe I did something wrong, thanks for the half recipe!
