4 (2 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls

1/4 cup dry white wine  

2 teaspoons freshly minced shallots

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream



 *Substitute 1/4 cup chicken broth.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place Butter Balls into 1-pint canning jar; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place white wine and shallots into 1-quart saucepan; boil over medium-high heat until reduced by over half (there should be about 1 tablespoon liquid remaining).

  3. STEP 3

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Add whipping cream; heat just until it comes to a boil. Pour cream mixture over butter pieces. Screw lid tightly onto jar; shake until butter is fully melted. Serve immediately.
