8 slices Texas toast bread
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
16 slices salami
8 pickle planks
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with about 1 1/2 teaspoons Butter with Canola Oil.
For each sandwich, layer 1 bread slice, buttered-side down, with 1 1/2 slices cheese, 4 slices salami, 2 pickle planks and 1 1/2 slices cheese. Top with 1 bread slice, buttered-side up.
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place 2 sandwiches into skillet. Cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
Place assembled sandwich in air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Flip the sandwich and continue cooking another 5-7 minutes or until bread is crisped and golden and cheese is melted. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may be able to cook more than one sandwich at a time.
If you can't find pickle planks, you can use pickle rounds or slices.
