1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
8 slices bakery sandwich bread
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1 cup (4 ounces) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack Cheese Farmstyle Shreds
1/4 cup garlic and herb cheese spread
Heat oven to 450°F.
Combine Butter with Canola Oil and Parmesan cheese in small bowl; set aside.
Spread 1 side of each bread slice evenly with about 1 tablespoon butter mixture.
Place 4 bread slices, buttered-side down, onto 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Top each with 2 slices Deli American and 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar.
Spread unbuttered side of remaining bread slices with 1 tablespoon garlic and herb cheese spread. Place bread on top of cheese, cheese spread-side down.
Bake 5 minutes. Turn sandwiches over; continue baking 5-6 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Place assembled sandwich in air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Flip the sandwich and continue cooking another 5-7 minutes or until bread is crisped and golden and cheese is melted. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may be able to cook more than one sandwich at a time.
Sandwiches may not look very browned after flipping them, but they will brown as they continue to bake.
