Ingredients

1 cup canned pumpkin

1/4 cup peanut butter

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil, melted

1 carrot, coarsely chopped

1 cup packed fresh spinach

1 cup chopped cored apple

3 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs, melted Butter with Canola Oil, carrot, spinach and apple in large food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; pulse until vegetables are finely chopped and mixture comes together. Add flour; continue pulsing until dough forms. Stir in oats.

  3. STEP 3

    Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on well-floured surface (using whole wheat flour). Cut with 1 1/2-inch cookie cutters. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Since these treats are natural, they don't have a long shelf life. Freeze any treats you won't use in a week.
