2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 cup water
1 (11- to 12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 large Land O Lakes® Eggs
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and peanut butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Combine sugar, 2/3 cup butter and water in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Stir until chocolate is melted. Let cool 5 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking after each until combined.
