1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon pepper

4 medium russet potatoes

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil

1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine melted butter and pepper in small bowl; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Slice thin piece off bottom of each potato so potato lays flat. Cut each potato into thin slices, cutting almost to bottom. (Do not cut all the way through.) Place potatoes onto baking sheet. Brush melted butter over potato and between each slice.

  3. STEP 3

    Bake 50-60 minutes or until fork tender. Remove from oven. Dollop 1 1/2 teaspoons Butter with Canola Oil on top of each potato. Sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley.
