Cajun Butter Steak Tips

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

4 (2 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls

 

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine steak pieces and Cajun seasoning in medium bowl; toss to mix.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 Butter Balls; swirl pan until melted. Add steak pieces; spread to coat bottom of pan. Sear 1-2 minutes. Flip steak tips; add remaining Butter Balls. Cook 2-3 minutes or until steak is cooked to desired doneness. 

  3. STEP 3

    Transfer to serving platter. Sprinkle with parsley.
