Ingredients

3 pounds frozen chicken wings, thawed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup hot honey

4 (2 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat oven to 425°F. Line half sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray.

  2. STEP 2

Combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to mix. Place wings, skin-side down, onto prepared sheet pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until skin is crispy.

  3. STEP 3

Meanwhile, combine hot honey, Butter Balls, pepper flakes and garlic powder in small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until butter melts and sauce is smooth.

  4. STEP 4

When wings are done, transfer to large bowl; toss with warm honey butter. Return wings to sheet pan; bake 5 minutes longer or until wings are crispy. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Tip #1

Look for hot honey alongside more traditional honey in the grocery store.
