8 ears Corn-on-the-cob, husks removed

4 ounces (1/2 cup) Land O Lakes® Signature® Garlic & Herb Blend, melted

2 ounces (1/2 cup) Grated Parmesan cheese


Garnish Grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish Lemon wedges

Garnish Flat-leaf Italian parsley

Garnish Paprika

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Grill corn over high heat until nicely charred and cooked through.

  2. STEP 2

    Coat each corn cob with 1 tablespoon melted Signature® Garlic & Herb Blend. Roll each cob in 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese to coat.

  3. STEP 3

    Garnish with sprinkle of additional Parmesan, paprika and parsley and squeeze of lemon juice, as desired.
