Artichoke Cheese Dip

10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Italian Blend, cut into quarters

1/3 cup milk

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (15-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped


Tortilla chips and/or artisan bread slices

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine Italian Blend, milk and garlic powder in bowl; mix well. Microwave, stirring every minute, 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in artichokes and parsley. Continue microwaving 1 minute or until heated through.

  2. STEP 2

    Pour into serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.

Tip #1

For a thinner dip, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
