Blue Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Spread


1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (5-ounce) container crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, drained, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. 

  2. STEP 2

    Serve with crackers or cut-up vegetables.

Tip #1

Spread should be stored refrigerated; serve at room temperature.
