Broccoli Bell Pepper Sauté

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

5 cups broccoli florets

1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 12-inch deep nonstick skillet until sizzling; add broccoli, bell pepper and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add water; reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender.

  2. STEP 2

    Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve immediately.

Tip #1

Roasted or toasted sesame seed are available in the Asian section of the supermarket.
