1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 cup pecan halves

1 cup salted cashews

1 cup salted peanuts

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; stir in nuts and 1/2 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8-12 minutes or until sugar is melted and nuts are browned and caramelized.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, combine 3 tablespoons sugar and cardamom in large bowl. Stir in hot caramelized nuts; toss to coat. Spread on parchment paper; cool completely. Break into clusters. Store in tightly covered container.
