Cheese 'N Beef Topped Potatoes

4 medium baking potatoes

4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (2 1/2-ounce) package smoked pressed thin beef, chopped

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Pierce potatoes with fork; place on paper towel in microwave. Microwave 7 minutes; turn potatoes over. Continue microwaving 8-10 minutes or until fork tender. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Split hot potatoes in half; top each with about 1/4 cup beef mixture. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
