Dijon Sauced Chicken Breasts

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

6 (5-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup milk

2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard

1/4 cup sliced green onions

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken breasts. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Add sour cream, milk and mustard in same skillet. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until sauce is smooth and heated through.

  3. STEP 3

    Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with green onions.
