Bread Pudding

2 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

5 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

4 large glazed raised doughnuts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

Cinnamon Glaze

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Half & Half

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all pudding ingredients except doughnuts in large bowl; mix well. Add doughnut pieces; mix until coated. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Spoon into prepared dish. Bake 45-50 minutes or until puffed and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly.

  4. STEP 4

    Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl. Beat, gradually adding enough half & half for desired glazing consistency. Drizzle over slightly cooled pudding. Serve immediately.
