Fudge Swirl Ice Cream Squares

2 cups natural granola cereal

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream with fudge swirl,   slightly softened

Chocolate fudge topping, if desired

 *Substitute 1 quart (4 cups) your favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Stir together 1 3/4 cups granola, brown sugar and butter in small bowl. Press onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch square pan. Freeze 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread softened ice cream over crust; sprinkle with remaining granola. Cover; freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.

  3. STEP 3

    Cut dessert into squares. Drizzle with fudge topping, if desired.
